Ordering Online
Shopping with us is quick and secure.
Simply browse our collections, choose your favorite sports T-shirts, tank tops, polo shirts, or other apparel, then select your preferred size, color, and quantity before adding the item to your cart.
At checkout, please review your order details carefully, enter your shipping information, and complete your payment securely.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I Order by Email?
Yes.
If you prefer to place an order by email, you may send us the product name, size, color, quantity, and shipping details.
Our team will confirm the order information with you before processing.
Changing or Canceling an Order
We start preparing orders as quickly as possible.
You may request to change or cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address, size, item, or quantity.
If your change request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.
Order Not Received
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number.
We will check the tracking status and help you find the best solution. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment or another suitable solution.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 5–20 business days after shipment.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local carrier service, product availability, and order volume.
Custom, special, or high-demand items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Method
We ship orders through reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or compatible postal services depending on your country, address type, and package size.
For faster delivery, expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to product quantity, weight, or warehouse availability.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, each package may arrive at a different time.
PO Box or Private Box Address
We recommend using a complete street address for faster delivery.
If you provide a PO Box or private box address, we will choose a compatible shipping method when available. Some express carriers may not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not always included at checkout and may be collected by your local customs office or delivery carrier.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 15 days of receiving your package to request a return.
Please contact our support team before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
With original packaging and tags attached
Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Customized items, final sale items, and used products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if something went wrong with your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once confirmed, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days after approval, but the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Warranty
All products come with a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper washing, or damage caused by incorrect care.
