Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We know you are excited to receive your order, and we will do our best to pack and ship your items as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, delivery area, shipping fees, carriers, tracking, and how we handle delivery issues.

Order Processing Time
For in-stock items, we usually process and ship your order within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.
For pre-order items, the order is usually shipped within 7–10 days. If a product is a pre-order item, we will clearly show or confirm the expected processing time before shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 20–30 days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on your country or region, local carrier service, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
We will send you tracking information once your package is dispatched, so you can follow the delivery status.

Shipping Warehouse
To help your order move faster, we may ship from the most suitable available warehouse based on your shipping address and product availability.
When possible, orders may be shipped from a nearby European warehouse to reduce delivery time and improve the receiving experience.

Delivery Area
We currently support worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.
At this time, shipping to the Middle East and Africa is temporarily unavailable.
If your shipping address is in an unsupported region, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund if the order cannot be delivered.

Shipping Fees
Some products may include free shipping during special promotions.
For regular orders, most products may qualify for free shipping when one of the following conditions is met:
The order amount reaches USD $60, EUR €55, or GBP £44
Or the order contains 3 or more items
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, and other suitable carriers.
The final carrier may depend on your shipping address, package size, order type, and available logistics routes.

Orders with In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.
In-stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours.
Pre-order items are usually shipped within 7–10 days.
Each package may have its own tracking number and may arrive at a different time.

Shipping Delays
Most orders are shipped according to the normal processing schedule.
However, shipping may sometimes be delayed due to severe weather, carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, high order volume, or other unexpected situations.
If a delay occurs before shipment, the processing time for in-stock items may be extended from 48 hours to 72 hours.
We appreciate your patience and will continue to monitor the shipment until it moves forward.

Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost before delivery or before it is signed for, please contact our customer service team.
After checking with the shipping carrier, we may arrange a free replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
If the package is lost after you request the carrier to leave it at your door, front desk, mailbox area, or another designated location, the loss may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Packages or Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the outer package
A short description of the issue
After we review the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Please keep the product and packaging until the case is resolved, as the carrier may require evidence for inspection.

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.
You can also log in to your account and check the order status page for tracking updates.
Tracking information may take a short time to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Address Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
If you notice an address mistake, contact our customer service team immediately.
We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, the shipping address usually cannot be changed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss the next step.
